Low impact Road Traffic Accidents

Injured after a low-speed car accident

The Legal Line’s lawyers, Thompsons Solicitors, have won another low impact RTA case.

In this case, CCTV footage showed the claimant being taken by ambulance from the accident scene.

The defendant argued that CCTV footage revealed the accident to be so low in impact that no one could reasonably have been injured. They insisted that the claimant’s doctor be cross-examined at court over an inconsistency in the claimant’s medical records.

The judge found the claimant’s evidence credible – the inconsistency could be explained by poor recording at the hospital.

The claimant won their case for compensation.
