Compensation Claim for Man Injured in Motorway Accident

A Tyne and Wear man injured in a motorway accident recovered £30,000 compensation recently, with the assistance of our specialist personal injury lawyers.
Road Accident
At the time of his accident, the claimant was travelling along a motorway in rush hour traffic. Whilst in the outside lane, another vehicle drove into the side of his and pushed it into the central reservation.
He suffered whiplash injuries to his neck and a pre-existing back problem was also made considerably worse. In addition to the physical injuries he sustained, our client also suffered psychological effects and had to take early retirement from his job as a bus driver, which he had previously enjoyed.
