Compensation Claim for Driver’s Whiplash Injury

As the result of a car accident in February of this year, Neil Bartlett suffered whiplash injuries to his neck and shoulder. Our lawyers were able to recover almost £2,000 compensation on his behalf.
Road Accident
Mr Bartlett was proceeding along Samlet Road in Swansea, when another driver collided with his car, having tried to pull into his lane without checking that his path was clear to do so.

Following the accident, Mr Bartlett suffered painful injuries and required time off from work. A successful compensation claim was made against the other driver’s insurance, as they accepted that Mr Bartlett was an innocent victim in the crash and their client was responsible for the collision.
