Successful Compensation Claim for Road Accident Abroad

Holiday Accident
The claimant was a passenger in a road accident whilst on holiday in Spain and she suffered a back injury as a result. Her husband was driving when another vehicle collided with them. The driver of the other vehicle was at fault.
