Whilst driving along the M62, the vehicle in front of the claimant braked so she slowed down accordingly. Unfortunately the driver of the vehicle behind her failed to do so and collided heavily with the rear of her car.
As a result of this road accident, our client suffered injuries to her neck, back and arm and was left very shocked. She required physiotherapy treatment and during her recovery the claimant also needed a lot of assistance with housework, shopping and even washing and dressing each day.
