We are not a claims management company and, as such, we do not sell claims to other companies and will not pass your details to any third party. We never act for insurance companies so you can be sure that we will always work in your best interests.

A. In every successful compensation claim, our lawyers are able to recover their costs and fees from the insurance company of the responsible party. They therefore do not have to make any charges whatsoever to you, their client (see our costs and risks page for details of exceptions to this).
